What Causes Abdominal Pain And Frequent Urination?

Hi, a couple of days ago I went to the toilet to urine and got a sudden unbareable painful cramping in my lower stomach, I took some ibuprofen and then started vomitting right after, I was fine after that but I still had a slight pain in the lower stomach which has carried on for two days, it s bareable but quite uncomfortable. I m also needing to urine very often but only small amounts, I m prone to uti s, does this sound like a stomach bug or a uti? Period is also delayed I think from the vomitting.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
this could be due to kidney stone, UTI, diabetes mellitus or diabetes insipidus

I would like further information like complete medical history to help you better
are you feeling more hungry or thirsty

in my opinion you should consult a nephrologist for examination and a battery of tests like blood sugar urine culture and osmolality test and an ultrasound

You need not to worry all these conditions are treatable
have plenty of fluids
multivitamins supplements
maintain good hygiene
best wishes
