What Causes Abdominal Pain And Cramps While Walking?
Hi, I am having stomach pain when I walk. Last week my lower rib, on my left side, hurt. I thought it may be because I was constipated and I took a laxative, which helped. Now my stomach is crampy when I walk. If I apply pressure the pain feels better.
Hi thanks for asking question... If you have chronic constipation then yes pain can occur... Here you also can have chronic gastritis or ulcer.... Take following measures... Drink more water. Whole grain , wheat bran , apple , banana like fiber food taken more. Avoid excess spicy food. Avoid stressful condition. Cooked oatmeal good as it contain selenium, fiber, vtamin E , zinc etc.... Avocados fruit help in maintaining digestive health ...so taken regularly. Early in morning lemon water can taken it helps in relief from indigestion...
If still problem continue USG or endoscopy examination needed.
