What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bloating?

I am having abdomenal pain lasting at least a day with bloating. Usually it is related to something I ate such as certain corn type chips. If I eat or drink anything during this time, the pain increases to the point that I can t stand up straight. My abdomenal muscles feel as though they are spasming. Usually, it goes away after I sleep the night though often my abdomen is tender. I can eat some greasy foods with no problem. I am also lactose intolerant which I have always thought might be the problem. It does not happen every day. Maybe an average would be once a month. Lately I am thinking it might be more than just lactose intolerance as it happens when I eat foods with no lactose. No diarrhea. I lean more toward constipation. Any ideas about a direction to consider? Thanks

Abdominal bloating may be due to dyspepsia/gall bladder stones/intestinal parasites/inflammatory bowel disease.

if I were your treating doctor,I would recommend,
-PPIs like omeprazole once in morning for 5 days.
-Fruit salt mixture mixed with a glass of water for indigestion symptoms relief (omit if you are hypertensive)
-Avoid fried,high fat content,junk food.Avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks.
donot eat in hurry.
-Eat more of fibrous food like fruits,vegetables,bran
-Adequate intake of fluids and water.Warm water glass empty stomach on waking up will help in emptying of bowel easily.
-Regular exercising will keep weight and symptoms within control.
If symptoms worsen or donot relieve,visit to surgeon/gastroenterologist.
investigations like USG abdo,stool test,colonoscopy will be needed.
