The probable reasons for gas and
bloating in your case can be due to poor enzymatic activity in the gut which may be genetic.

irritable bowel syndrome which has also a genetic predisposition.
There can be other reason like intolerance to foods and sugar-rich diet which can cause this gas and bloat.
Lactose intolerance in taking milk is a case of such kind.
