What Causes Abdominal Pain And Acid Reflux?
I had sudden onset abdominal pain followed by vomiting up bile. Lasted for about 10 hours with constant stomach cramps. Just now starting to keep down liquids. Abdomen still tender and sore from so much vomiting. Also had initial diarrhea but that subsided.

You are having Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). Tenderness and vomiting are due to excessive acidity and gas formation in stomach.
For immediate relief:
- Drink plain soda or ENO with water.
- Start capsule Omeprazole 12 hourly before meal for 7 to 10 days.
- Avoid oily and spicy foods.
Have a habit of walking after each major meal as well as early morning.
