What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Watery Bowel Movements?

Yesterday I woke up with the worst abdominal pains I have ever had in my life. I am 65. I then finally
passed by bowels,but it was so watery and dark. I went a few time and the pain eased up. I noticed
this morning that I am bleeding light red blood from my rectum. It enough that it looks like I had my
period only from my rectum.
What could be causing this?

All symptoms are in favor of Baterial Diarrhoea.
Take rest.
Check your B P .
Take plenty of O R S mixed with mineral water.
Take good hygienic food .
Consult your doctor for physical examination to rule out any pathology according your age.he wiill prescribe .
tab. buscopan or drotin.
an antibiotic.
takee semi solid diet e.g; curd,'porridge' banana.

Consult your doctor for physical examination.she will prescribe .
1-Tab.Buscopan or Drotin 6 hourly for pain.
2-tab.Ciplox T Z twice a day for 3 days.
Take semi solid diet.
Take 'porridge',curd,banana,plenty of ors mixed with mineral water,coconut water.
Doctor will rule out any serious pathology according to your age.
