What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Vomiting?
Hi for a while now I was having pain in my upper stomach but last week it got bad it felt like severe trapped wind on Sat the pain started to ease but as soon as i tried to eat something I started vomiting and it s still on goin I can t seem to eat anything but yet I don t feel hungry do you think it could be something to worry about
