What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Mucus In Stools?

MMy daughter 3.3 year old she had a viral infection as told by doctor ...she started with vomiting,fever then loose motion ...she is better as compared to earlier but still having loose motions wid mucose ....and complaining pain in stomach and its about 5 days but she is not OK she passes motion 5-6 times in small amount...m very worried plz help

Hi,

The viral infection takes about 7-10 days to complete its course. Since she is improving, you should just wait and make sure she is well hydrated and taking ORS to prevent any electrolyte imbalance.
