Hello,
Reason for your pain abdomen and loose stools could be food poisoning. As loose stools subsided, you can wait to see for the pain to subside.I strongly suggest you to take plenty of fluids. To avoid uncooked or partially cooked food and avoid foods rich in spices. If your symptoms are not improving or if you are dehydrated, its always better to see a physician for further management.Hope my advise was helpful to you, would be happy to answer any further concerns.
I find this answer helpful
