What Causes Abdominal Pain After Taking Ecoflora?

After taking ecoflora capsule for last 2 days as recommended by the doctor as a relief for vaginal irritation, my periods started. Soon after I feel acute and unbearable pain in lower abdomen. It feels flow has stopped and blood has clotted inside the vagina. Please help me to know if ecoflora capsule has any relation to this pain. How to get relief from present pain.

Hi, I think ecoflora is not related to your pain. It can be due to menstrual cramping. You can take some pain killers like mefenamic acid 500mg twice a day for pain relief. Ecoflora is just a pre and probiotic which is thought to maintain vaginal flora. So, it can't cause pain. Hope I have answered your question.
