It can be because of the gastrointestinal infection you have inside your stomach.

1. Try some probiotics to increase the useful gut bacteria amount in your gut so that they can fight the bad bacteria ingested externally every time you eat outside.

2. If still the problem exists then take antibiotics course (tab Norflox twice a day for 5 days)
