What Causes Abdominal Pain After Eating And Drinking?

Hi I have abdominal pain every time I eat, or drink water. It feels like a lighter menstral cramp, or gas bubbles in my belly. I m kinda constipated too. I am a vegan who consumes mostly fruits, veggies, grains and legumes as my usual diet. I do drink alcohol and eat fried foods on occasion. Its been 4 days that Ive had this. I had a bowel movement yesterday, so 1 in 4 days. Compared to having 1-2 every day normally. I also had flu like symptoms minus any congestion and fever. Just painful sore muscles, body chills, and nausea throughout the day off and on but very very mild. I thought it was the stomach flu or a bacterial infection or a parasite or something. All symptoms are mild, just uncomfortable. Ive been eating broth and rice for 2 days. Please any kinda help is welcomed. Thank you for your time, Monique.

Take plenty of fluids
home based healthy nutritional balanced diet
avoid fried, alcohol, non veg, junk , aereated drinks
atleast 2 glasses of water empty stomach in morning
If taking alcohol make sure it's not on empty stomach
for congestion, steam inhalation bedtime
for constipation, include lot of green leafy vegetables, fibre diet, salads, whole fruits
avoid juices
coconut water is good
how much is fever, please monitor
tablet paracetamol SOS
for chills, get investigated with fever profile, blood tests
wear weather appropriate clothes
for nausea, tablet omeprazole 40mg once a day empty stomach in morning
avoid stress, strain, exertion, lifting heavy weight, rigorous exercise
feel free to follow up
If constipation persists, we can add a medicine for it
