I'm 40. Had 3 c-sections last one in 2000 with a tubal ligation done. Have had last regular period in Oct. Missed Nov. and just spotted throughout dec. Now I just started my normal heavy period. For the past 3 weeks I have had every pregnancy syndrome especially abdominal fullness in upper and lower region. So confused. Went to dr the other day and got negative blood work for pregnancy. What else can it be?
