What Causes Abdominal Distention?
Hi Doctor , i have had all the signs of appendicitis but i have pain on my lower abdomen not just on one side . Is that common. My belly is extended and i feel so bloated. I am female . The chills come and go . I cannot stand up straight the discomfort is unbearable . I have taken excedrin and gas reliever to no avail . i finally had a bowl movement but it was uncomfortable one my lower belly . Should i go to emergency room ? Thank you for your advice . All symtoms started 4 days ago .

It can be urinary tract infection. Go for urine routine examination and urine culture. Meanwhile, take plenty of water and cranberry juice. If the pain persists, take Meftal Spas.
