What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Vomiting?

I’ve been having a cramp in my stomach for the last 4 days. I thought I could be constipated but I’ve had regular bowel movements. It only hurts when I’m up moving around, but laying down I’m fine. It’s not a Nauseated stomach ache/cramp. But it’s making me vomit as well. The cramp feels like it’s in my upper right stomach area. If you could help me it’d be great.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Regards from team Healthcaremagic.com

The current issue suggests intestine infection.
Primary guidelines for better outcome

Get prescription of anti emetic as ondancetron and PPI as omeprazole with empty stomach from your doctor.
Anti spasmodic medicines or pain killer injection will give better relief.
Follow advise of your doc for further course of action.

Thank you.
Take care.
