What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Blood During Urination After Having Unsafe Sex?

I have a question I started last week on Tuesday which what I thought was my. I bled on and off for 6 days that Monday I put in a pad and it was a brown discharge I started on birth control that Wednesday I was taking the birth control at the same time everyday except Saturday I missed the pill I had unprotected sex and I got up Sunday morning and noticed a spot of blood and then I lay back down had sex again got up and realized when I went to pee it was a pinkish looking color the blood I wore the same pad all day long until about 4 o clock then I noticed my lower back and my stomach was cramping so I went to the bathroom in the blood had turned red could you answer to what might be going on

HI,
I understand your concern.
THe bleeding you had was due to the missed contraceptive pills.
Pain/ cramps seem to be because of possible infection/ stress to bladder or vagina causing inflammation & pain.

* You should take rest/ take lot of water/ barley water.
Be careful about cleaning/ hygiene of genitals.
If you have break in pills for more than two days.. let the bleeding stop automatically / In case it's not, continue with pills regularly & avoid sex till you get next periods OR use additional barrier family planning device ,till your routine menses come & start oral contraceptives on 5th day of that periods.
If the pain & burning of urination persists, consult a doctor to get advise for suitable antibiotic .
