What Causes Abdominal Cramps Along With Mild Vaginal Spotting?

Hi im 20 and was diagnosed with pcod at the age of 17.. Im on krimson 35. Im currently 5 3 and 63 kilos. So me and my fiancé have been together for about 2 months, and the other day his penis touched my upper butt but he did not wet himself and i didnt feel anything he did not even come close to my vagina. Heres the deal i mad missed a few of my tablets but i had restarted them, and a day after this incident i started getting cramps, it lasted for 2 days and now all i get is very little blood and its the 4th day and im bleeding very lightly and its mixed with mucus with few bright red spots and the over all colour is reddish brownish and i still am getting cramps. I want to know what s happening.

I can understand your concern. From your explanation, it sounds like you are considering pregnancy as a possibility for the scanty periods you are observing. However, as the penis was nowhere even near your vagina and you did not had intercourse, you cannot get pregnant with that incidence.

However, the period discrepancy you are observing could be due to irregular intake of Krimson 35. These are hormonal medicines that need to be taken regularly every day at the same time to receive the desired effects. As you missed a few pills and then restarted them, you might be feeling scanty period like bleeding and may get proper periods after a few days when the course of this month completes.

If your pain worsens or you suffer from scanty cycles next month without proper menstruation period, you may have to visit a gynecologist for examination and further investigations.
