What Causes Abdominal Cramping And Vaginal Spotting After Having Unprotected Sex?

I am having abdominal cramping and when I wipe I barely see blood but its there. I have been seeing this new guy and we have been having unprotected sex. Im wondering are these signs of an std? And I ve only had cramping and seen blood for one day. I did masturbate but I only played with my clitoris. Thats when I got the pains and saw blood. What can this be?

Having sex with boyfriend and still needed masterbution....... Excess demand of sex may cause small injury at vagina which bleeds as spotting associated witg abdominal pain is common, do take care from excess sex and have a medication, also consult your doctor.
