What Causes Abdominal Bloating?

As previously asked: I eat a diet of:
Breakfast: Nutritional supplement drink,
Lunch Nutritional Supplement Drink, 1 slice swiss cheese
Dinner: Chicken, Fish---3 times per weel...Red meat 1 per week...Veg Salads...
Low on Carbs; Pasta, Bread, Potatoes.. etc.
What causes Bloating??? Age 65...Feeling good...Drink lots of Water, White wine w. Dinner and Walk 1.5 miles fast per day.
