Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Whether your bloating is after food or before food. Does bloating increase after sleep, do you snore? Do you have reflux of food? Do you have sudden bouts of cough in midnight during sleep? These are the questions which needs your answer, meet a gastroenterologist to look into whether you have any issue with food pipe, stomach and duodenum or any motility disorder of a hiatus hernia. He may suggest a upper go endoscopy for minimal evaluation, avoid tea, coffee, chocolates and fatty food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
