What Causes Abdominal Bloating?

Hello. I am curious on this. I have bloating. There is no pain, just bloating. I am not constipated, I do not have diarrhea. My belly has pressure. I eat normally, no vomiting, no blood in stool or dark colored stool. Sometimes stool is soft, and does have a clay color look to it. It is more a discomfort of pressure, but no pain.

thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com...

well bloating is fullness of abdomen, mostly due to indigestion and development of gas...
among many causes, overeating, food intolerance or allergy, bowel obstruction, constipation, gastric distension etc are more common...
and is you have no symptoms, do the following-

take plenty of water
avoid fatty food and take dietary fibres
take tab pantoprazole-levosulpiride once daily before breakfast for 10 days
you can take antacids also after food if required....

give me feedback after 10 days...

hope this was helpful...
regards
