What Causes Abdominal Bloating With Radiating Pain?

Hello, I am a 47yo male, 6 2” 215lbs (usual weight 195). For a few years now I have been having stomach pain prompting me to take anti-acid medicines like Zantac, Prilosec and Sucralfate. The problem appeared mainly at night. I did get the occasional acid reflux as well. I have now almost stopped taking those medications, except for one Zantac 150 per day (I was taking two Zantac 150 and one prilosec, plus three Sucralfate daily). For the past three months, the stomach pain has migrated lower, at belt level and to the right side where is is sharper and more localized. I just had a contrast CAT scan to test for appendicitis, but it revealed nothing aside from some gallstones. The pain is usually dull with a feeling of bloating, sometimes sharp for a few seconds. It moves from the lower abdomen to the upper abdomen, just under the lower ribs, right and left. I did once or twice have diarrhea and floating stools, but it did not reoccur. Sometimes stools are foul and acidic smelling. The problem is aggravated by coffee and some foods, which are hard to pinpoint, ice cream being one of them. Laying down does seem to cause trouble as well. I have never had any allergies of any sort. I have been having back pain as well, between the shoulder blades, right of the spine, but also lately at kidney level on the right side. Urine has the normal color. I have not had any fever. I often wake up at night after vivid nightmares with confused thoughts, dry mouth, heavy breathing, a headache and sometimes a racing heart. Those symptoms subside after being up for about ten minutes, though the dull headache can last longer. The palm of my right hand has been itching in the evening on a small spot, though nothing is visible. It made me think of possible bile/liver issue. All these symptoms are accompanied by fatigue and mild depression, but no loss of appetite or weight. Any suggestions? Thanks.
