General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Madam, thank you for your consultation.it is clear that you are not pregnant because you had your last menstruation a week ago.my suspicion is while removing the implanon your vagina and other aprt of genital tract has been infected with some bacterial infection.a back pain, sharp pain down rectum and all that always points out to infection in the cervical or uterine infection.so you please consult your gynaecologist for a clinical check-up and some probable investigation.if there is any infection you have to take broadspectrum antibiotic under a doctors supervision.my best wishes, thank you.
