What Causes Abdominal Bloating, Nausea And Heart Burn?

hi i have been having bloating going on 2 months or more now it wont go down. I also have nausea and heart burn plus weight gain now nothing in my diet has changed and my exercise may have increased slightly. i look a couple months pregnant. i dont know what to do.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Bloating of 2 months along with nausea and heartburn indicates the following:
You look to have gastroenteritis casing gastritis with symptoms of heartburn due to lax lower esophageal sphincter.
Looking like pregnant is surely due to bloating of the intestines.
Get stool tests done for three consecutive days.
Tests of blood for CBC, blood sugar estimates, thyroid, liver, gall bladder and liver functions.
If the acidity is found along with signs of GERD like lax lower esophageal sphincter, esophagitis then you have to get started with a PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone or Metoclopropamide to regulate the motility disorder.
If the stool is found to have an intestinal infection, please take a course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, metronidazole and other symptomatic and supportive management.
