What Causes Abdominal Bloating Followed By Diarrhea After Having Food?

When I eat anything.... I am immediately bloated severely, food comes up and approximately 30 minutes later I have diarrhea. Has been 4 weeks now. My doctor has taken me off anti inflammatory drug so far. My gall bladder has been removed. I also take 40 mg of protonix 2 times a day. I feel like I have a fever for a short period of time but have not had one.

You have problem of diarrhea and abdominal bloting problem after taking a food that may be because of gastroenteritis.

Stool examination test and abdominal ultrasonograph is helpful.
Intestinal condition like celiac disease cause abdominal bloting problem and diarrhea after taking gluten rich foods.
If this condition long time than think about irritable bowel syndrom.
Any allergy of food also cause this type of symptoms.

Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
