General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems that you are suffering from gastritis due to indigestion and constipation. I would advise you to take lot of fibres in your food and drink at least 8 glasses of water daily to prevent constipation.

Eating right is very important and avoids oily and processed foods. To relieve the bloating you can take an over the counter antacid like tablet Ranitidine twice daily on empty stomach.

Make sure to maintain an exercise regimen like daily brisk walking for at least 30 mins which will also help in preventing bloating.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma Amman
