General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Please, avoid dairy products and beans etcetera, eat with mouth closed, do not talk while eating food, decrease tea coffee alcohol and smoking and take tablet pantoprazole two times a day for 3 months.

Keep your sugar and BP (Blood Pressure) under control. You will get relief in one week but if no relief in 15 days, then please get assessed by ultrasound abdomen and meet a doctor to rule out irritable bowel syndrome by ROME criterion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
