Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to acute gastroenteritis or food intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome or infection or malabsorption syndromes etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use tab. Pantoprazole. Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and caffeine drinks. Avoid gluten and lactose contain food. Use tablet Sporulac. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will investigate and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
