What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Diarrhea After Tubal Ligation?

I m a 32 female and have four children so u have had a tubal ligation with clamps over 6 years ago! Now the last couple day my period is not normal and they are always on time and normal I bleed heavily for one day and then today it completely or abruptly stopped I have stomach pains gas diarrhea and stabbing pain in my lower abdomen! Could I be pregnant in my tubes or having a miscarriage. Thanks so much!

Hello,

As a first line management you can take antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.

Nothing much to worry as it will settle with conservative management.

If symptoms persists better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
