What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Cramps On Intake Of Certain Foods?

over the last year i've had to eliminate more from my diet as certain foods i.e, chocolate, caffeine, soda, fried food, high fat food, gluten, dairy, citrus, and spices cause nausea with bloating within 1/2 hour of ingesting, followed by stomach cramps, at times diarrhea, belching, and sometimes pain radiating to back.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Based on the foods that needed to be eliminated, it is likely that you have reflux or gastritis (inflammation of the stomach).

The use of reflux medication may help. If there is no improvement then you should consider testing for the h pylori bacteria or imaging to take a look at the esophagus and stomach.

Reflux medication includes nexium, prilosec, prevacid, aciphex, protonix

I hope this helps
