What Causes Abdominal Bloating Along With Pain In Between The Sternum And Navel?
i recently had a colonoscopy everything ok ,but when i lay flat and go to sit up there is something about 2 inches wide from sternum to past belly button and it hurts to push on, they did ct on stomache 1 month earlier but nothing. when i was 20 they removed a adhesion from the same place but my stomache is bloated. i take alot of meds but it is not cuasing this feels like a tube inside almost

Understanding your concern . As per your query you have abdominal bloating along with pain in between the sternum and navel . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like gastroesophageal reflux disease, irritable bowel syndrome , gas pains , gastroenteritis , giardiasis , constipation , lactose intolerance , ulcerative colitis or inflammatory bowel disease . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order CT scan , ultrasound , stool test and endoscopy. Doctor may prescribe omeprazole , laxative , antibiotics like ornidazole and albendazole. Avoid intake of large meals at a time and take small and frequent meals. Drink warm water throughout the day . For now eat light , avoid non spicy and heavy food , drink plenty of water and eat fibrous diet . Take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain.
