What Causes Abdominal And Back Pain?

Lower right abdominal pain and lower back pain. A constant pain that intensifies with coughing, laughing or sudden movement. Every breath in makes the pain noticeable. Not constipation or a wind pain (suffered with quite a bit of constipation but I have had a regular movement for around a year now), definitely not pregnant as have had the implant for 6 months now, I have had a UTI recently but it went by itself, wasn t intense. I have a feeling it may be appendicitis but the pain was 8/10 yesterday, woke up and it was maybe a 6/10 noticeable but bearable but it s gotten up to an 8/10 again by this evening. Heat seems to help slightly and slight pressure helps but alot of pressure a few inches above my right hip makes the pain alot worse.
