Hi thanks for contacting HCM... If you have stress taking personality than repeated abdominal pain can occurs from gastritis .... You have not mentioned which work up you have done ..... Investigate for USG abdomen for rule out if any organic cause present .... Second rule out h.pylori infection by urea breath test..... For gastritis you can take omeprazole on empty meal..... If cause not clear than endoscopy examination done with biopsy for further work up.... Meanwhile take fruits more .... Green leafy vegetables taken more .... Healthy and balanced diet taken... Avoid smoking and alcohol .... Outside food taken less.. Hope your concern solved. Consult gastroenterologist for that ... Take care ....
