What Causes Abdomen Pain With Bloating And Nausea?

I have no bm's for 2-3 days, then will have 1-2 bowel movements in the am & then feel quite ill
in my gut along with stomach pain, gloating, nausea & no appetite. These symptoms are with me for 24-48 hours after the initial bowel movement. This seems to be disorder of the FUNCTION not dietary food intake. The stronger the bowel moments are, the rougher my sick gut feels.
