What Causes A Yellow Spot On Big Toe?

Hi basically I had a yellow headed spot on my big toe I squeezed it and it was very sore and took ages for it to come out (the gunk) then water came out too just like an ordinary face spot or something, it remained sore for a few days and the mark left started to fade.. I ve just took my socks off and notice a spot the same as the other on my other big toe.. I squeezed that and just water came out but it s stinging a bit now. Can you help??? I don t know what this is

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

Most probably the lesion you have would be pyoderma. The yellow spot you see would be pus. It may be mild..so frank pus may not be seen. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. Anti inflammatory drugs, antibiotic cap and antibiotic cream may be considered by your doctor. I hope this would help you. Thanks...
