What Causes A Whitish Yellow Discharge Post Sex?

Hello...I was having sex with my girlfriend today and I was using a condom (I'm the male). After sex I noticed a whiteish yellow discharge coming out of her vagina. I checked the condom over and over. No holes, contained all of my semen and I didnt feel any irregularites during sex.. I am extremely worried..I don't want to get her pregnant..I love her but we're not ready yet.. Thanks you...
