Welcome to health care magic.

1.The history and symptoms suggest umbilical hernia.
2.The lumpy moments what you are feeling could be peristalsis, and pain during partial strangulation of the bowel.
3.Symptoms like nausea will be seen in case of hernia.
4.To confirm this - ultrasound will give a clear picture about the anterior abdominal wall defect, contents, presence of strangulation and vascularity.
5.At the same time an abdominal ultrasound will rule out other possible causes.
6.Suggest to get an appointment and needful investigations, treated accordingly. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
