What Causes A Toe-tourniquet Syndrome?
All of my toes (except my big toes) feel like they have turniquits on them. It started out with just two toes on the left foot and now all of them feel that way. No discoloration. Toes are not warmer or colder to the touch than the rest of the foot. Any ideas of what is going on?

There are a subset of patients with early signs of B12 deficiency, diabetes neuropathy or developing vascular insufficiency presenting in this manner. A complete neurological examination with evaluation of peripheral blood circulation with Doppler ultrasound of the lower limb, diabetes profile is mandatory in this case management
