What Causes A Tiny Sore On The Lower Lip Upon Smoking Methamphetamine?

I smoked Meth other night I woke up with a little bit of swollen bottom lip with a tiny sore looked like tiny hold in middle then it quickly got a greyish white film I think would he a scab. I though it was maybe herpes I was freaking out it is not swollen anymore and is smaller but still has greyish white it's quite small from the start but noticeable

As per your query you have symptoms of tiny sore on the lower lip upon smoking Methamphetamine which is due to low salivary production. When salivary production is low food and nicotine particles keeps on sticking in lower lip lining and continued accumulation start giving soreness and lip discoloration.

I would suggest you to put the tip of your finger, dab a small amount of almond oil and cream on to your lips. Apply lemon on lips. Drink plenty of water. Take improved diet. Visit dermatologist once if symptoms keeps on persisting and start treatment accordingly.
