What Causes A Tingling Sensation In Lower Hand With Chest Pain?

I have had a tingling sensation on and off (maybe 20 times per day) in my lower right arm and hand for the last week. Last night in bed I experienced slight sudden pain in the centre of my chest which lasted about a second and then went away. Should I be concerned?

Hi

For such cases just to be sure, its always suggested to get an ECG done and interpreted. Also get your blood sugar tested.

For tingling sensation and pain at the center of chest we usually give Tab B-Complex BD X 7 days, Tab Diclo 50mg+Serratiopeptidase 15mg BD X 7 days

Are you getting any breatlessness? Darkness in front of eyes? Hot flashes? Pain that starts from nape of neck? If your answer is yes to any of the questions, consider an ER immediately.
