What Causes A Thumb Skin Ridge With Hardness After An Injury?
Hi - this past summer I was working on a farm and got a small cut on my thumb. Later that day I noticed a wormlike ridge that was very hard under the skin near the cut area. The ridge is still there 4 months later. It is not painful but sometimes gets a bit larger. It is very hard and looks like a worm under the skin. What do you think it is?
