What Causes A Swollen Rash Under The Arm And On The Face?

I have a rash that started under my arms then on my face. The one on my face started like a swollen place about the size of a quarter. Now is resembles psoriasis and is quite red. The places under my arms are more like a bumpy rash. I also have small red spots on my arms.

Consult dermatologist for examination and diagnosis. If it is psoriasis, it is an autoimmune disease and requires steroid application. You can apply Betnovate C.
