I need help, I have this condition where my butt cheek had small red dots and soon grew like a pimpe, it have puss and i drained it. but after a few weeks it comes back again. and it's a painful annoying tiring cycle. but now. it's strange, there's a big swollen bump on my left cheek it's painful to sit down or lie down on the butt. there's no puss in it. but it's swollen it's a bit deep. i'm scared, i don't want it to be cancer or worst .:(
