What Causes A Swollen Lymph Node?

Hi I m 23 year old female and i smoked for 4 years i have been a non smoker for 3 months. I have a swollen lymph node that i have had for 3 weeks and it wont go away. I was told by my doctor that i have low Iron so i have been taking vitamins for that but im just afraid it could be something else

According to your complain you have problem of swollen lymphnode that may be because of any infection condition.

Dental cause or ear infection problems cause swollen lymphnode. Impacted third molar lead to infection surrounding areas.

Vitamin deficincey also ruled out.
Dandruff in hair can cause lymphnode swelling.
Acne on face area also cause swelling of lymph nodes.

Detail history and physical examination give exact idea.
After palpation of lymph nodes give exact information.
Consistency and tendernes helpful for diagnosis.
Consult a physician for further diagnosis.
