What Causes A Swollen Lymph Node And Fever For A Child?

My three year old had a swollen lymph node behind his left ear and a fever. Took him to the doctor and he gave him antibiotics. My question is: I it normal for it to get a little bigger? It's his 4th day on antibiotics and he still has a low grade fever (38 degrees).

Hi,
It seems that due to infection in ear he might be having enlarged lymph node.
Continue with the treatment, after control of infection he will be alright with fever and gradually swollen lymph node will be subsided.
Ok and take care.
