What Causes A Sound During Breathing And Throat Congestion In A Child?

My daughter is around 4 years old now. During her initial 16 months, we visited doctors only for her vaccination. Thereafter she is catching cold regularly and now we are observing that during day time in her every exhale, an audible sound (similar to one when some one has nose block he/she exhales to clear it). Whereas, during her sleep it is not there. But she sleeps with her mouth open thus I feel she breaths through her mouth so no sound. This is being observed for last 10 days. An another point, she some times reports throat congestion but no flu and running nose. But she coughs some time.
We have consulted a local ENT specialist recently and got the prescription for Delcon plus (60ml) and OXYDROPS. KIndly help us.

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.
By what you quote i think of these possibilities -
1. Upper airway resistance syndrome.
2. Moderate to severe persistent allergic rhinitis.
I suggest you go to your pediatrician or someone who specializes in allergy and asthma.
