What Causes A Sore Knot In The Center Of The Chest?
Hi. I m a 35 yr old male. I woke up this morning with a small, sore knot on my breastplate...directly in the center. It is sensitive to the touch and sharp pains when I cross my arms or raise arms above my head. I m taking Advil every 4 hours which seems to help very little. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks.

well, it is not the pain but the cause of pain the needs therapy and ADVIL cannot do it!
it is kind of inflammation of hair follicle or a sebaceous cyst and in addition to ADVIL you need some antibiotics like erythromycin or Ciprofloxacin for 5 days!
