What Causes A Small Lump In My Testicle With Occasional Pain?
hi. i have had a small lump on my left testicle since im like 14. right now im 23 and one of my friends just went through testi cancer and im scared to death. i also feel a dull ache on my left side. and the other testicle feels a little more different. if i got dignosed with cancer could i leaved for this long amount of time. i dont think its cancer but sometimes it bothers me and i want to find out what it is

It is not cancerous at all and does not need any treatment .
