What Causes A Small Lump And Tingling Sensation On Neck And Right Shoulder?

A few days ago I started experiencing a tingling sensation on one side of my neck, where it meets the right shoulder. No other symptom. Today, when rubbing the area, I felt a small lump. I rubbed it vigorously, and the tingling is a little duller, but not gone. Also, there are a couple of red spots, like a rash at the tingling site where neck meets the shoulder. What could this be?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such tingling could be nonspecific one if this is continue to happen then it could be due to cervical spine compression, or it could be due to poor posture, but this is nothing to worry, try to maintain good posture, hope this information may helps you take care and have a nice day.
