What Causes A Small Cluster Of Lumps On The Buttocks?

Hi, I have a very small cluster of colorless, painless bumps on my buttocks, not by the anus but close enough that it could have been shaved. There are no "heads" to the bumps that would look like typical acne, and I have no STDs. I was recently tested negative and have been with the same partner for over a year. Any ideas? I do have a sharp razor that could have produced razor burn.
